The Faith Leaders at St Joseph’s are a dedicated group of pupils who play an important role in promoting the Catholic life of the school. Their work focuses on supporting charitable initiatives, serving the local community, and encouraging prayer throughout the school. Through projects such as the SVP Christmas Hamper Appeal, Harvest collections, and visits to the local Dementia Café, they put their faith into action by showing compassion, kindness, and service to others. They also help to lead whole-school initiatives that encourage pupils to live out the Gospel values each day.

This year, the Faith Leaders will take an active role in developing the school prayer space, ensuring it remains a welcoming and reflective place for all members of our community. Working alongside staff, they will carefully plan and prepare opportunities for prayer and liturgy, helping pupils to grow in their relationship with God. They will also contribute to important events throughout the year, including the Remembrance Liturgy, enabling the whole school community to gather in prayer, reflection, and worship. Through their leadership, Faith Leaders help to strengthen the prayer life of St Joseph’s and inspire others to live out their faith with confidence and joy.
