Lettings Information

St Joseph's Primary School offers a variety of letting options.  Two school halls are available for hire at evenings and weekends.

The school playgrounds and grounds are available for sports club hire, events and weddings.

One off and regular lettings are available

Hire Rates

Charging Rates per hour

Junior School Hall:                 £30.00

Infant School Hall:                  £25.00

Classrooms:                            £15.00

School Grounds                      £30.00

In the case of one-off lettings, the Headteacher may ask for a retainer of £100 towards cleaning and breakages as a deposit.  Charges will be reviewed annually.

• Weekend lettings will incur an additional £10 fee to cover the cost of opening and closing the school.
• Hire of School Equipment is negotiable
• Charges for long term lets and regular bookings are negotiable
